They, and their beautiful creator, will win your hearts. I have no doubt that by the end of this post? You will be dying to dive right in! With that, I give you Ms. Devri Walls’ perfect cast for the main characters of the Venators series.

Venators: Promises Forged Dreamcast – Let the Hysterionics Ensue…
Hi guys!! Devri Walls here, author of the Venators series and I’m about to attempt a post about my dream cast. Ahem, attempt… yes, that was the correct vocabulary choice. But thank you for checking. In case you need a visual as to my current state I’m rolling on my floor, flopping my arms and wailing, “why, why, whyyyyyyyy!?” It’s all very dramatic. Send chocolate.
Me? Don’t Blame Me…
Who would be in my dream cast is something I get asked a lot. And one that I’ve avoided completely for two years. Impressive, no? (Also… see how much I’ve grown to love you Susan? LOOK AT WHAT I DO FOR YOU!)
I LOVE YOU TOO!
I suppose this does beg the question, why am I working so hard to avoid this?
The thought of making Venators into a TV Series makes me giddy with excitement. It’s something I would love to see happen. A dream that even played a part in how I designed the lay out of the series. But these characters… you guys, I made them up! They are full and complete people in my head with certain facial features and body types and mannerisms. It’s like pulling up a list of Hollywood’s A-listers and saying, which one looks just like your mom?
Uhhhh, none of them.

In the role of Grey Malteer I would love to see…
Steven R Mcqueen. This is probably the one I’m most comfortable with on this whole list. I think Steven could get Grey pretty darn close to what I see in my mind.
Best known for his work on The Vampire Diaries and Chicago Fire, this is Mr. Mcqueen’s first nomination and win

In the role of Rune Jenkins I would love to see…
I get a lot of readers who would like to see Kat Mcnamara. But, there’s something about her I’m not loving for Rune. Personally I’m leaning toward Marie Avgeropoulos.

I didn’t think I’d ever find a Beltran but then I watched Tom Riley on Da Vinci’s Demons. I am telling you, the man oozes Beltran. Unfortunately Tom will have aged out when this finally gets into production, but seeing him portray Davinci was just so… I got chills.

I chose Mr. David Castañeda because he has the looks, demeanor and chops to play Ryker’s chip on the shoulder, insecure, but you want to love him and hope he just gets past that damn dark side demons that haunt him kind of character…

I totally agree with Marie as Rune! When I picture the descriptions of Rune in my head it’s almost identical to Marie! And I hadn’t out it together until I read this!
